Yesterday was totally consumed with grand kids- 3 of them! Well two of them are my stepson’s girlfriends kids, but they consumed me all the same. I did get a little work done, but not much. What started out as watching the kids “for a few hours” in the morning ended up running into “and the afternoon and the early evening.” Kids! They never grow up.
I’m thinking about making a rag rug. I have tons of material that I really love, but there doesn’t seem to be enough for anything.
And as I’ve mentioned before, a seamstress I am not. So a braided rag rug sounds like a project I may be able to tackle. My crocheted blanket isn’t going so well. I find mistakes several rows after I do them and then have to rip a bunch out…
….so counterproductive in my eyes.
