I can see now, I can see now!

I had a really weird dream on Easter night.

The only thing I remember is that someone was lost in the woods, I’m not sure who.

I was standing with someone else at the edge of the woods, yelling for them. I can’t remember what name we were yelling.

Suddenly we heard the person yelling from within the woods, “I can see now, I can see now!”

There was a “knowing” that the person would die before we got to them.

I remember that we were so joyful that the person got a chance to see before they died.

This is so weird, but my dog Rocky- all 100+ lbs of him hopped up on the bed and woke me up right about then. He was taking up so much space that I couldn’t roll around and get comfy. So I laid there and kept repeating that phrase, I can see now, I can see now!

But I didn’t even really realize what it may mean.  I was just thinking in a physical sense…must have been a blind person that gained sight before death for some weird reason.

I had even thought I was dreaming about someone lost in the woods because of watching Alligator hunters or whatever it is called. The other night I saw the episode where Bruce’s dog was missing in the swamp.

Now let’s back up a spec to yesterday….

I had found this in the woods when we were walking.  As I bent over I jokingly said, “Oh look, the Eye of God!”

The eye of God is watching you!

I showed that to my son this morning and didn’t even think about the dream until my daughter walked out and said, I had the weirdest dream last night.

Then my dream came flooding back.

And also a possible meaning….

When you are spiritually lost, but then you are reborn and “see” the truth.  You die to your old ways, but have everlasting life in the holy spirit.

That may be why we were really happy for the person, even though they were dying.

I really don’t now.

Just thought I would share….

There is a follow-up to this post, which explains what this could be!

Have you ever been serenaded?
